Hear It From Me

Hey! Welcome! I am the founder and Executive Director of Help[H]er. I advocate for women in crisis, train in church advocacy, and produce materials for the HelpHer ministry. My doctorate is in ministry, specifically biblical counseling. I’m also certified in domestic abuse advocacy (CTP) and completed three of the courses for the Global Trauma Recovery Institute. My husband Bob and I have been married 40 years! And we are the proud parents of three grown children and their wonderful spouses, grandparents to thirteen adorable grandchildren.

 

 

My goal is to enhance counseling competency and encourage greater awareness of the difficulties women encounter, helping to provide both men and women with great resources in order to better provide one-another care.
